Option 1
 The basic instructors package
 
New Mentor Programme
for 2012
 
Life Lines has implemented the mentor programme for Life Lines new instructors. The aim is to produce quality first aid instructors with 3 days being taught how to deliver effecive lessons from Life Lines HSE approved training package. The 4th day will be spent with an experienced instructor were the candidate will deliver a series of lessons from the pack in a live class room.
 
From the lessons delivered the instructor will asses the ability of the new instructor useing a portfolio and feedback system, were it is deemed new instructors requires  further development they are permited to join any course conducted by Life Lines free of charge.
 
 
 
 
Candidates should have instructional ability and first aid experience.  
 
Candidates will receive the following:

  • 2 Day requalification notes
  • 2 Day paediatric first aid notes
  • Presentation CD ROM

    The business start up package
     
    This package consists of a start up business package were over a 7 day period clients will learn how to instruct and manage their own first aid courses from the 3 day emergency first aid at work to the 2 day paediatric course.
     
    Each client will be equipped with training aids to conduct first aid at works courses, equipment will include little annes and baby annes to conduct Life Lines highly recognised paediatric courses.
     
    This course is designed for those who wish to conduct first aid training  in-house for large companies or organisations. this course is also ideal for those who wish to gain a second income with evening and weekend courses.

    PAEDIATRIC INSTRUCTORS COURSE
    Life Lines has designed a paediatric instructor's course for Schools, Nurseries and Child Care Groups. This course is ran over a 3 day period and gives the candidate an in-depth look at how to conduct an in-house Paediatric course for their own staff.
     
    This course gives flexibility to setting by allowing a course to be conducted over a period of 13 weeks with sessions no shorter than 2 hours, ideal for staff training days.
     
    Candidates should have knowledge in Paediatric First Aid and have instructional ability. Candidates will be expected to conduct a short lesson from the instructors pack on the 3rd day.

    Option 3
    The Franchise
     
    This package is for the motivated, dedicated and determined individual who may wish to manage and direct their own First Aid, Health and Safety and first aid products business.
     
    This package is a 10 day course that covers the wider instructional requirements in first aid at work management.
     
    Candidates will be taught in depth protocol from client application to the issue of certificates. Life Lines franchise includes management of first aid products, and how to generate income from first aid kits. Life Lines Franchisee will also  have the ability to manage other courses for clients such as IOSH and fire training and gain a marginable profit from organising the course.
     
    Each franchise contains all equipment and training aids to allow the franchisee to conduct training immediately, from a projector system to client training packs 
     
    Each franchise contains a 12 month marketing package, this contains  advertising and course promoting service from business cards to website advertising and all within the franchisee local area.
     
    Life Lines  aim within the franchise is to provide a support network for each franchise, allowing the franchisee to create a successful business with the opportunity to generate income of 17-30 K+

    an income of £715 is generated

    During this course £145 worth of first aid kits were sold
    generating  £85 profit
     
    Total profit was £692
     
    Tax and National insurance also needs to be deducted plus any travel expenses.
